After 20 years in the Automotive parts industry in Product Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Materials Management roles, Bill MacArthur joined the the University of Windsor to deliver the National Research Council's Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP). In 2003 Bill received the Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award in the category of Business Professional for his work in this role. Later that year he incorporated M-TEAMS to assist businesses with R&D strategy, management, and financing.
Since 2003 the firm has helped scores of businesses from Eastern Michigan to Nova Scotia; providing management consulting, R&D reports, Government applications, and training. In addition to the more than $20 million in funds that M-TEAMS has been able to obtain for its clients, the firm has played a key role in facilitating the development of new technologies for many of its clients.
